We met on a surprisingly gorgeous, refreshing night in mid-July at Forbidden Drive and Bells Mill Road in Philadelphia. Alice, John and Winnie looked summer-perfect, matching in white outfits and so excited for a new baby in August. Three-and-a-half-year-old Winnie beamed with pride as she told me all about what she believes is going to be her baby sister, and from that first minute, I knew that this precious, growing family would be an absolute delight to photograph. There were so many reasons to celebrate today: it was a beautiful summer's day, there were many laughs to be had with my best friend, and she was absolutely glowing. Expecting their little bundle of perfection in August, Lauren and Phil asked me to take a few pictures to capture the most exciting (and surely the quietest) moments before Baby M arrives.
